2016 marked the inaugural Music Tastes Good, brainchild of the amazingly talented late Josh Fischel. This year, his legacy will live on when Josh Fischel’s Music Tastes Good returns to Long Beach from September 30th – October 1st. The festival is presented by KCRW and will feature Ween, Sleater-Kinney, Los Lobos, Charles Bradley, and event Of Montreal performing their album Hissing Fauna, Are You the Destroyer? in its entirety. That’s just on the music front, if you’ve been paying attention, you know this isn’t just a festival about music – food and art play a major part in this event.
This year, Music Tastes Good will still take place in DTLB, just not on the streets – they’re moving to the more spacious Marina Green Park near the waterfront.
You can see the full lineup below and there are still additional bands to be announced. Tickets will go on sale Friday, May 12.
