Art in DTLB

Our Downtown streetscapes and public spaces must be attractive, functional and safe. From smaller scale projects such as bike lane planter pots, dog waste bag dispensers, holiday decorations, and street pole banners to large scale capital improvements such as Pine Avenue Refresh and The Loop at Pine + Ocean, the DLBA’s Streetscapes and Public Spaces projects are improving the function and aesthetics of our downtown streets.

Unfiltered is a signature public art program that archives the cityscape through the lenses of its residents and visitors from year to year. One photo is selected from each of the five categories as a Viewfinder Award winner. Additionally, a Fan Favorite is selected from the 25 finalist photos through a public online vote following a public exhibition.
