Now in its fifth year, the DTLB Unfiltered photography contest, in partnership with Arts Council for Long Beach, provides amateur and professional photographers a chance to engage with our Downtown. Unfiltered is a signature public arts program that archives the cityscape through the lenses of its residents and visitors from year to year.
