Take a tour of the Billie Jean King Library and Lincoln Park, DTLB’s oldest, newest park at the LB Civic Center, recently redesigned by Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill (SOM). The guided walk will share the past, present, and future of this community gathering space by Long Beach Heritage, SOM, and the People’s Architecture Office, designers of the park’s future COVID-19 memorial. Bring your blanket, lawn chairs or snag one of the blankets at the park for an afternoon of fun, music and great prizes! Set-up will begin at 4 PM and Loteria will begin at 4:30 PM.

This is a free cat vaccination/microchip event for elderly and homeless residents w/cats. CatPAWS will use their mobile clinic; LBACS will have their adoption van there as well w/kittens and cats for adoption.
