As the building at 100 W Broadway undergoes its renovation—dubbed The Hubb—and already boasts impressive tenants (including the DLBA), it will open one of two floors to be occupied by shared-office giant WeWork.

WeWork’s Long Beach location will take over the third and fourth floors of The Hubb, with the third floor opening in December 1 and the fourth floor opening in early January.

While WeWork is offering starting memberships at $45 along smaller “hot desk” members at $220/month, the basic outline for those interested include:
