Welcome to DLBA’s business support page.

This page is designed to connect the community with resources to assist Downtown businesses that were affected by vandalism and looting on Sunday, May 31. It will be updated regularly.

DLBA Storefront Recovery Grant Program

Seeded by a $20,000 donation from Waterford Property Company and Panattoni Development Company, the Downtown Long Beach Alliance (DLBA) is jumpstarting recovery efforts by providing microgrants to vandalized small businesses in Downtown. It is the organization’s hope that the DLBA Storefront Recovery Grant Program will continue to grow with donations from the community. 100% of donations will go directly to affected businesses.

For those who wish to donate directly to businesses experiencing damage and financial challenges due to recent events, please visit the following links to fundraising campaigns and crowd-funding efforts.

Please note: These fundraising campaigns and crowd-funding pages are not controlled or organized by the DLBA.

Requesting Volunteers

Among various efforts to help businesses get back on their feet, DLBA is connecting them with volunteers who want to help. In order for us to find the right volunteer to assist you, we will need some information about your business. Please follow the directions below to request volunteer support.

1. If you are a business in need of volunteers (not monetary assistance), please follow this link to a volunteer request form.

2. Once DLBA receives your request, we will enter your information into a volunteer sign up board.

3. As volunteers select your business, DLBA will be notified and in turn, notify you with an email that includes volunteer contact information.
