Second Saturday Sound Healing

Join us the second Saturday of every month for our meditation and Sound Healing! Sound vibrations from Quartz Crystal bowls, Moyo drums, chimes and more may decrease anxiety, blood pressure and improve memory. It creates a sense of calm assisting the nervous system in healing. Each month is a different focus such as Heart Healing, manifestation, Chakra balancing or full moon healing.
