During the 7 weeks we will:
Cover the basics of one chakra each week. We meet every Thursday.
Clearing auric field
Guided meditation/chant to cleanse chakra
Experience immersion of Chakra (scents, color, sound)
Completing the evening you will enjoy a Sound Healing to revitalize Chakra

The major Chakras are considered seven centers of energy which can help to relieve stress, find alignment and balance among many other things.

During this workshop we will work with meditation, chanting/toning, aromatherapy, and crystal bowls specific to each Chakra. Enjoy a release of stored emotions/energy and a revitalization of these important energy centers. Come align and activate these key areas to give your body, mind and spirit some love.
