Planning. Action. Coaching. Entrepreneurship. (P.A.C.E.) Program is designed to support Downtown entrepreneurs during every stage of business ownership.
About P.A.C.E.
Downtown Long Beach Alliance in partnership with Fuller Management, provides an advisement and coaching program for businesses within the 1.38 square miles of Downtown Long Beach. 
Led by seasoned, industry leading experts who speak the language of small business ownership, paired with 20-plus years experience in business development, sales, and marketing, Founder/Executive Director, Kena Fuller, and a team of Fuller Management and DLBA staff are geared up to provide both in-person and remote advisement coaching to all Downtown Long Beach P.A.C.E. participants.
Passionate about small business entrepreneurship, an advocate for doers, dreamers, innovators, and trailblazers, Fuller Management created P.A.C.E. as a way for hyper-local business to receive the hands-on, comprehensive support that is needed for the success of both entrepreneurs and businesses alike.
To ensure our downtown participants receive the hands-on support they so deserve, in collaboration with and by partner support of the DLBA, P.A.C.E. participants will gain access to:
- One-on-one business advisement/coaching session(s)
- Customized business assessment
- Strategic planning support
