The P.A.C.E Program is designed to support Downtown entrepreneurs during every stage of business ownership.
Downtown Long Beach Alliance in partnership with Fuller Management, has launched an inaugural advisement and coaching program for businesses within the 1.38 Un-Square miles of Downtown Long Beach.
Led by seasoned, industry leading experts who speak the language of small business ownership, paired with 20-plus years experience in business development, sales, and marketing, Founder/Executive Director, Kena Fuller, and a team of Fuller Management and DLBA staff are geared up to provide both in-person and remote advisement coaching to all Downtown Long Beach P.A.C.E. participants.
Passionate about small business entrepreneurship, an advocate for doers, dreamers, innovators, and trailblazers, Fuller Management created P.A.C.E. as a way for hyper-local business to receive the hands-on, comprehensive support that is needed for the success of both entrepreneurs and businesses alike.
To ensure our downtown participants receive the hands-on support they so deserve, in collaboration with and by partner support of the DLBA, P.A.C.E. participants will gain access to:
- One-on-one business advisement/coaching session(s)
- Customized business assessment
- Strategic planning support
- PLUS “P.A.C.E. Perks”, Exclusive benefits at Downtown Long Beach businesses!

What businesses qualify for the free program?
Businesses within the Downtown Parking Improvement Area (DPBIA) are eligible for the program. Please see the map below.
What types of businesses can participate in PACE?
Any business within the DPIA that has an active business license with the City. Businesses can range from professional services to personal services to retail and restaurants.

How do I get the exclusive PACE Perks benefits?
Individuals who participate in the PACE program are eligible to recieve exclusive benefits. After your first one on one coaching session, a PACE membership card will be issued to you to present at PACE Perks businesses.
P.A.C.E. Perks gives program participants access to exclusive benefits at Perks businesses, ranging from free membership to special discounts at each participating business, ensuring all P.A.C.E. participants receive our full support, as well as support from our local small business community.
