Max is a dynamic, high energy performer that has played a variety of prestigious venues including The Blue Note Hawaii and Buddy Guy’s Legends in Chicago. Max has also become a regular at the Warren Hill’s Jazz Festivals, including Cancun in 2018 and Los Cabos in 2019. Like his more renowned stylistic genre counter parts, Nick Colionne and Grammy Award-winning Norman Brown, Max V has high-energy improvisational chops to spare, yet grounds his vibe perfecting in the two elements (groove and melody) which guarantee that listeners won’t want to let go.

Currently residing in Chicago you can hear his harmonious blend of Soul, Jazz, R&B, Latin and Funk on his second solo album, “Next To You”, with his single “Check It Out” topping multiple charts. Due to Max’s passion and hard work he has shared the stage with many great artist including Gladys Knight, Aretha Franklin, Tyrone Davis, Little Milton, Frankie Beverly, Hubert Sumlin, Buddy Guy, Bobby Blue Bland, Rick Braun, B.B King, Billy Preston and many others.
