Fuego New Year’s Eve Dinner and New Year’s Weekend Brunches

Fuego New Year’s Eve Dinner on Saturday, December 31, 5 p.m. to midnight, presents Fuego’s four-course culinary delight starting with a choice of Crab and Lobster Cream Bisque or Riesling Poached Pear, the second course includes a choice of Burrata Salad or Jumbo Sea Scallops; the third and main course includes the choice of Prime Filet Mignon, Chilean Sea Bass, Butter Poached Maine Lobster Tail, or Potato Terrine, a vegetarian selection; and the fourth course with dessert includes New Year’s Chocolate Indulgence. Fuego reservations include First seating accepted between 5 to 8 p.m. that includes live entertainment and champagne toast at $150 plus tax per person; Second seating accepted between 9 p.m. to midnight that includes live entertainment, champagne toast and party favors at $200 plus tax per person.

Latin Guitarist Daveed Fernando Alvarado will perform during the first seating reservations playing from 5-9 p.m. Mike and the Chemicals will preform during the second seating reservations playing from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
