Honoring Mayan culture, #MayaMania on Earth Day recognizes that while the Mayans may not have celebrated Earth Day as today, their ancient wisdom and respect for the Earth serve as a profound example of the importance of living in harmony with nature, a core value that Earth Day seeks to promote locally and globally.

“This Earth Day weekend is a unique time to celebrate the planet while showcasing Latin-inspired, eco-friendly dishes,” said Greg Guthrie, General Manager at Hotel Maya – a DoubleTree by Hilton. “After guests enjoy their climate-friendly meal in Fuego, they can honor #MayaMania with the four elements of nature at Hotel Maya along the waterfront with the earth, water, air and fire.”
