THE HISTORY
This unique building holds a special place in the heart of vibrant East Village Arts District of Downtown Long Beach. Originally serving as a supper club and ballroom for Long Beach’s rich and famous back in the 1900’s, you could only imagine the glamorous evenings, lively gatherings, and memorable celebrations taking place within the walls of the penthouse unit.
