1 Million Cups Long Beach

1 Million Cups Long Beach is a monthly event that brings together entrepreneurs and the Long Beach community over coffee and conversations. Entrepreneurs, innovators, funders and other community members interested in investing in Long Beach are invited to attend the sessions from 7:30 – 9 AM. This event is held on the first Wednesday of every month. Doors open at 7:30AM and the program begins at 8:00AM sharp! Come enjoy free coffee & pastries while supporting local startups & small businesses.

Presenter 1: RescuePartyGive.org

A non-profit created to help other non-profits who fight against human trafficking with fundraising support. By hosting fun parties that gives the local community an ability to connect. Utilizing mostly support from a volunteer group.

Presenter 2: TransparentSea

We are an indoor shrimp farm that uses scientific, sustainable methods in Long Beach. The nutrients from shrimp culture are filtered and re-used to grow seaweed. We will host tours and pop-up education and fishing events around the city.
