Long Beach, CA (March 25, 2025) – The Downtown Long Beach Alliance (DTLB Alliance) is pleased to invite the Long Beach community to get ready to indulge in the newest flavors in town! The Weekly Crave, a dynamic food-based event series, is set to take over the Promenade at Mosaic (375 The Promenade N.) every Tuesday in April from 4 to 8 PM. This exciting culinary experience showcases participants from the DTLB Alliance’s DTLB Food Series, featuring both emerging food businesses and beloved Long Beach food icons in a weekly celebration of flavor and community.

Launching a business is never a solo journey, and The Weekly Crave honors the support systems that fuel success. Each week, attendees will have the unique opportunity to experience dishes from one brand-new business alongside a Long Beach OG—a seasoned favorite in the local food scene. This powerful mentor-mentee pairing ensures an unforgettable dining experience, highlighting the innovation and tradition that makes Long Beach a food lover’s paradise.

“Launching a business is a community effort, and we want to highlight the families, friends, mentors, and supporters who have helped our DTLB Food Series participants thrive,” said Stephanie El Tawil, DTLB Alliance Economic Development & Policy Manager. “With both mentors and mentees serving up their best, you know the food is going to be unforgettable.”

Expect a curated menu, limited-time dishes, and an electric atmosphere as these food entrepreneurs serve up their latest creations. Whether you’re a longtime Long Beach local or a first-time visitor, this is your chance to support emerging food businesses while enjoying some of the best eats the city has to offer.
