Administrative Committees
The Board of Directors meets the third Wednesday of every even-numbered month at 8:30 AM. The Executive Committee meets regularly on the first Thursday of each month at 8 a.m. Each committee reserves the right to reschedule if needed, in accordance with the California Brown Act. Programming Committees
Programming Committees typically meet monthly, and follow the below schedule. That said, the Chair and committee reserve the right to cancel or adjust meeting times due to holidays and other interferences, such as events and other related commitments.
- Marketing & Communications, First Wednesdays
- Economic Development, Second Wednesdays (every other month)
- Special Events & Sponsorship, Second Thursdays
- Placemaking, Third Tuesdays
- Public Safety, Fourth Wednesdays
