On the 3rd Saturday of each month, explore the diversity of Downtown Long Beach with Long Beach Heritage, a local non-profit group that advocates for historic architectural preservation and adaptive reuse.
Long Beach’s downtown is a unique gem on the California coast where old and new development come together to create a vibrant urban neighborhood. Learn about the growth of one of California’s largest cities and discover buildings from every decade of the 20th-century that contribute to its unique character. The tour includes historic landmarks such as the WPA-era Recreation Mural, The Willmore, Farmers & Merchant Bank, First National Bank Security Bank Building, and more!
