Letters To…
June 9, 2022 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
You’re Invited
Intertrend Communications and Make Noise Today invite you to “Letters To…” a one-of-a-kind art exhibition.
To combat racism, we believe that change begins with YOUTH.
The way in is through STORIES. Stories move hearts and change minds.
With the “Letters To…” writing contest students nationwide wrote letters to themselves, family, teachers, mentors, peers, bullies, future children, etc., on the subject of race, ethnicity, and identity. They also shared words of gratitude, hope, and their personal journey and learnings. Their stories have been turned into an art exhibit that provides an impactful and memorable experience for the students’ writings.
Please join us as we launch the exhibition:
Date: Thursday, June 9, 2022
Time: 6P-8P; Check-in begins at 5:30P
Location: Billie Jean King Main Library, 200 W Broadway, Long Beach

The “Letters To…” Exhibition is made possible with the help of sponsors and partners, who believe in empowering youth advocacy for racial equity and supporting these student voices.
The exhibition will be at the BJK Main Library throughout the summer, from June 9th to Auguest 31st.
We look forward to seeing you!
