These two restaurants are well known for their excellent food and spectacular picture-window views. Parkers’ Lighthouse specializes in mesquite grilled fresh seafood. Try a Lobster Club Sandwich or Blackened Fish Tacos for lunch, and for dinner you can choose from entrees such as Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna and Mesquite Grilled Salmon. Shoreline Aquatic Park has plenty of picnic tables scattered throughout, and lots of nice grassy areas for you to spread out your blanket. There are two Hyatt Hotels in Downtown, and they both offer beautiful views! The bar at the Hyatt Regency, which overlooks the Rainbow Lagoon, is open from 1 to 11 PM every day, and you can enjoy hand-tossed pizzas, composed small plates, and sweet views until 9:45 PM.
