Return to Center: Workshop & Breathwork
September 27, 2019 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
$25 – $30Return to Center Workshop & Breathwork
With Sharna Fabiano and Tina Carson
Making the transition from summer to fall can present some unexpected challenges as we prepare for shorter days, pumpkin spice lattes, and “too soon” holiday popups.
Join us as we come together to explore returning to our center and finding balance amidst the change in an interactive workshop and breathwork circle.
In this workshop you will:
-Strengthen your mind-body awareness and intuition and learn what feeling centered means for you
-Learn to create your own imagery tools for staying grounded and clear when making goals and decisions
-Learn to clear your mind by anchoring to your body
We will integrate a guided 30 minute Breathwork* journey that will allow you to let go of what you no longer need and create space for the new.
Sharna Fabiano is an artist, educator, and certified life coach. She has studied a wide variety of arts and healing disciplines that integrate body, mind, and spirit, and loves helping others craft lives of purpose by tuning in to their own inner wisdom. An experienced teacher and facilitator, she is skilled in identifying links between patterns of thinking and feeling, and also able to offer the grounded, compassionate support needed to make courageous changes.
Tina Carson is a musician, breathwork facilitator, and licensed spiritual practitioner. She has been a guide and mentor for over 7 years in “Essence Medicine,” a delightfully, conjured up experience that unfolds uniquely to each person’s journey of self discovery, reconnection, and expression. Her music supports the collective in opening hearts and connection. With a fierce love of life, and a determined spirit to inspire, she creates a space of safety, love, and freedom to expand.
*Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses a circular breathing pattern to open and clear the body and the mind of negative emotions and thought patterns. The practice moves negative energy throughout the body and provides a release of strong emotions and physical toxins. It can help restore your body and reconnect you to your creativity, intuition, and return you to the essence of who you are.
Bring: a yoga mat for the lying down breathwork meditation. You may also want to bring a blanket, eye pillow, water, whatever makes you feel comfortable.
