Welcome to Downtown Long Beach and the Downtown Long Beach Alliance (DLBA)! By virtue of your location, you are now part of the tenant-based Business Improvement District (BID), which qualifies you for special services to support both you and your business.
The DLBA offers training seminars, marketing and public relations assistance, guidance on accessing capital, and more for businesses within the BID. We want to be as helpful as possible from the moment you move in, and when possible, beforehand. Our staff is ready to assist you with a successful grand opening that will help get your business the attention and customers it deserves. Our Grand Opening assistance includes:
• Design and printing for a Grand Opening banner announcing your business to the community
• Press Release review and introductions to local media contacts
• Introduction to local City Council Offices and City Officials
• Promotion of the Grand Opening on DLBA channels
• Ribbon and oversized scissors for an official ribbon cutting
