Register here for the latest updates! The Downtown Long Beach (DTLB) Alliance is hosting a series of neighborhood mixers for DTLB business owners. Each mixer will take place in a different DTLB neighborhood, from the East Village to Willmore. Each neighborhood is outlined here. Each area has a business owner representative on the DTLB Alliance Board of Directors who advocates on behalf of the various constituency groups. These mixers are intended to provide time for business owners to connect with their DTLB Alliance Board representative while also providing time to connect with their business neighbors.
This is not a speaker series. There is no presentation. The discussion will not be formal. At this event, we hear whatever is on the business owner’s mind. We might have kudos or ideas to share. We might not. But we’ll figure it out together. And maybe make a few new friends along the way.
American Red Cross is facing a shortage of blood across the board. There are especially high needs from the Latino community as 57% have type O blood (where there’s the biggest shortage), and African American blood (to help sickle cell anemia patients).
