Are you loving the wave of international energy that’s rolling through Downtown with the World Cup and recent L.A. Galaxy Soccer Celebrations? Keep it going by getting your tickets soon for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games!
Officially hosted by the City of Los Angeles, the 34th edition of the Games will feature 36 Olympic and 23 Paralympic sports across the region, including six Olympic and five Paralympic sports taking place at venues in Downtown Long Beach. They’re all close to local attractions – eateries, drinkeries, beaches, and more – so you can plan a full day of fun around each event you attend.
These five Downtown venues will be hosting Olympic and Paralympic events: Alamitos Beach Stadium, Long Beach Aquatics Center, Long Beach Arena, Long Beach Climbing Theater, and Long Beach Target Shooting Hall.

Select your choices from the list of Downtown Olympic events below, then register for the next public ticket lottery draw, which closes on Wednesday, July 22. NOTE: If you have registered for the Olympics lottery draw, you will automatically be eligible for the Paralympics draws, which begin in 2027 on a date to be determined.

• July 24-29: Sport Climbing at Long Beach Climbing Theater
• July 25-29: Artistic Swimming at Long Beach Aquatics Center
