HIGHLIGHTS

  • Public Safety staff met separately with Chief Robert Luna and South Division Commander Gerardo Prieto to discuss several matters, including results from DLBA’s Public Safety Perception Survey before it is shared with the press and public.
  • Outreach to businesses began in July for hosting a Fresh Start Donation Box for the duration of the campaign, which was extended to August 29 from August 8. A handful of businesses have already volunteered to host donation boxes.
  • The next committee meeting will be Wednesday, August 25, at 4:30 PM.
