On November 17, TiECON Southwest at the Long Beach Convention Center will host the kick-off event of the first citywide 100-day program. Since 2010, more than 3,000 SoCal businesses and city officials have participated in this intense series of (4) marketing workshops over a period of four months.
The program aims to help with increasing foot traffic while reducing marketing costs:

• A New Era: Connecting, Engaging & Building Lasting Relationships
• Customer Journey Mapping and Personas
• Excellence in Customer Service & Experiences
• Proximity Marketing Essentials for Hospitality, Retailers, and Restaurants.
After the initial event, on November 17, the program offers an opportunity for business development guidance over a period of 100 days through four live classes tentatively scheduled January through April 2019.
