For a swingin’ start to 2026, join your friends and family on The Promenade for the first DTLB Live! of the New Year. The free monthly event kicks off its new season this Saturday, January 17 from 4 to 8 PM and will feature exciting, authentic swing music from the Big Butter Jazz Band.

The “hot and greasy New Orleans traditional jazz and swing” band will put a smile on your face as it energizes a crew of swing dancers who will entertain and amaze you with their Jitterbug and Lindy Hop skills. While you’re bopping to the beat, shop in the pop-up market of local craft vendors brought to you by Angel City Market. Throughout the event, you and your fam can have fun with interactive activities for all ages.
EZ Sip Launch event – Aug. 2, 2025
DTLB Live! is an Entertainment Zone (EZ) Sip Event, which adds a lot to the fun community vibes! Guests 21 and older can purchase alcoholic bevvies from participating bars, wineries, breweries, and restaurants, then relax and sip them outside within a designated event area.
Make plans to hang out on The Promenade at DTLB Live! on the third Saturday of every month. Each event will bring new live entertainment, new activations, and new occasions for shopping local. Get some fresh air and a fresh take on DTLB!
