Join us on the First Sunday of each month for Yoga Nidra at Kevala Wellness & Ayurveda!
Yoga Nidra is a meditative practice often referred to as “yogic sleep” as the calming effects are similar to feeling hours of rest. Additional benefits may include reduced stress and anxiety, and increased clarity and quality of life. This practice is open to all levels and abilities and no previous meditation experience is required.
