The Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) and Studio One Eleven are pleased to present Part 2 of our series on the creative economy, titled “The Making of a Design District.”
Join us for this interactive workshop on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, from 5:00 to 7:30 PM at Studio One Eleven in Downtown Long Beach. The workshop will be lead by Heather Barker, Professor of Design at CSULB.
This event will reintroduce the concept of a downtown design district to the Long Beach community, focusing on how a design district can enhance the quality of life and business for residents and local enterprises. Our aim is to deepen community engagement and involvement in this transformative process.
Admission is free, and 2-hour complimentary parking is available in the lot behind the Studio One Eleven building, accessible from 3rd St. and The Promenade.
