The Queen Mary will host an intimate five-course wine dinner featuring DAOU wines in the refined setting of The Chelsea aboard the Queen Mary. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated menu by the Queen’s culinary team, with each course paired to complement the unique characteristics of each wine.

The evening is designed to deliver a guided, elevated dining experience focused on flavor pairing, storytelling, and guest engagement.
