Think of it this way. A Guerrilla Coach isn’t dissimilar to an athletic Coach. Would Usain Bolt be the fastest man on earth, without his Coach?

Coaching can literally enable you to take you and/or your business as far and as fast as you want to take it.

Historically, organizations have employed the services of an expensive, time consuming Executive Coach to assist and navigate leaders through the journey of the business.

We’re sure this has worked just fine in the past. But business is changing and organizational structures are changing. Heck, the concept created that allows you to have an office here at CommonGrounds wasn’t even around a few years ago. Lastly, and most important, how we treat ourselves and others is changing.

Your big bold adventurous, innovative, entrepreneurial spirit is one that should be championed and supported as well.

We know the added value gained through Coaching, so if it really is that good, why shouldn’t everyone have access to it?

What is The Speed Coaching Experience?

Have a look: https://youtu.be/B6ew7wwCdtY

Our incredible Guerrillas take you from where you are right now, forwards to your vision, mission, goals and future.

Everyone gets a dynamic and energized experience of coaching preceded by two invigorating group sessions to ignite thinking.

So, that’s 2 x 30 min group experiences, followed by 3 x 10 minute 1:1 coaching conversations with 3 different coaches.

There’s energy and pace in the room and people leave, not only with new ideas and fresh thinking but a sense that the face-to-face communication was an engaging and highly rewarding experience.

You’ll get rapid ah-ha moments and fast insights in an electric and generative coaching space. It’s very invigorating and fun. Everyone leaves having felt actively listened to (many for the first time ever), valued, able to make decisions about not just their businesses but their lives with a certainty about what’s truly important and what they are going to work on next.

But don’t just take our word for it!

Our website has some great testimonials

Why would I benefit from a Coach?

Here’s just some of the many reason you might think about taking part in The Speed Coaching Experience:

  • You have too many spinning plates and it’s getting hard to get everything done.
  • There are clashes of personality within your team, which is getting in the way of productivity.
  • You feel like you should be doing more, but there doesn’t seem enough time.
  • You want your life to work on all levels, not just the career level.
  • You’re not sure you’re even doing the right job.
  • You want a sounding board to have certainty and be confident about decisions you’ve made.
  • How can I work better in Co-Working Spaces?
  • You need to be explore and define your purpose?

But what is Coaching again?

Put simply, coaching is a process that aims to improve performance and focuses on the ‘here-and-now’ rather than on the distant past or future.

The coach is a facilitator for learning, not an expert, mentor, teacher, or counsellor.

There is a huge difference between teaching someone and helping them to learn. In coaching, fundamentally, the coach is helping the individual to improve their own performance: in other words, helping them to look within and gain clarity about what they already know.

Many entrepreneurs and business owners who’ve successfully ran and scaled up businesses haven’t done it alone. One in three have had a Coach with them on their journey.

All of them would extol, not just the many benefits of having a Coach, but site ‘good relationships’ as key to unlocking all of their potential – business or otherwise.

Working with a Coach will create clarity, motivating you into action, accelerating your progress by providing greater focus and awareness of all the possibilities which exist to create, not only a successful business but also a fulfilling life.
