C Gallery presents For Art’s Sake

C Gallery on Broadway presents ‘For Art’s Sake, Celebrating 50 Years of the Art of Michael Ezzell’ opening reception on February 16th, 5:00 to 8:00 pm. This will be a truly magical event as renowned Magic Castle Magician, MAGI CAL will compliment Michael’s sculptures and perform Magic!
Michael Ezzell, born in Texas, spent his early years abroad in England where he was fortunate to wander the magical countryside where the many great authors; Beatrice Potter, Lewis Carroll, J R Tolkien, Shakespeare, Sir Cannon Doyle and William Wordsworth also found inspiration.
He studied ceramics in college and at the legendary Yacht Pottery in Denmark. He taught at David Greene Pottery in England and later returned to surf and open a studio in Laguna Beach.
