The Empowering Homeownership Expo is a free event organized by Affordable Housing Clearinghouse in partnership with F&M Bank.

Guest speakers will address:

• Preparing for the homebuying process
• Down payment assistance programs available
• Benefits of owning a home in Long Beach

Lunch will be provided for registrants, as well as an opportunity to participate in a drawing for prizes. You’ll have access to the Gallery to view the latest exhibits.

PLEASE NOTE: For this event, a first-time homebuyer is generally defined as someone who has not owned and occupied their own home in the last three years.

SPACE IS LIMITED. This event is free if you register by March 10, 2025. There will be a $10 registration fee for all registrations after March 10, 2025.
