As of June 19, the following business types may reopen, per the City of Long Beach: bars, breweries, wineries, tap rooms, and nail salons. On June 26, the City is allowing additional personal care services to reopen, including: tanning salons, estheticians, skin care and cosmetology services, electrology, body art professionals, tattoo parlors, microblading and permanent makeup, piercing shops, and massage therapy (in a non-healthcare setting).
