ISM BREWING & KITCHEN  /  210 E 3RD ST. UNIT A

People love ISM’s great food, craft beers brewed in-house, cool & quirky events, and plenty of room on the patio. The small-but-mighty fire pits keep the spacious patio warm and inviting — perfect for lingering with friends.

It’s a perfect place for craft beer and comfort food. Check out ISM’s beer and food menus, and make plans for hanging out with your friends and family during the cooler months and beyond. 

ISM Brewing & Kitchen is open Monday through Friday from noon to 10 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 10 PM. The kitchen closes at 9 PM. Last call is usually around 9:30 PM.

BO-beau offers guests a chance to get above it all and enjoy an inviting escape, especially when the temperatures drop! “BO-beau’s indoor fireplace radiates a warm, golden glow that instantly transforms the space into a retreat that perfectly captures BO-Beau’s signature blend of old-world warmth and contemporary style,” said general manager Michelle Kagasoff. “The soft flicker of firelight, the hum of laughter, and the aroma of comforting cuisine create an atmosphere that feels both refined and relaxed.”  

The food menu is delectable, with a variety of appetizers, soups and salads, bistro plates, burgers and sandwiches, and much more. Pair these with a selection from the seasonal cocktail menu! A Degreenified Holiday Margarita (Código Blanco tequila, cinnamon, cardamom, and orange curaçao) or a Gingerfied Sling (Jefferson bourbon, gingerbread syrup, and chocolate bitters) are among your choices for fireside cool-weather toasting.  

BO-Beau is open Wednesday and Thursday from 5 to 10 PM, Friday from 5 to 11 PM, Saturday from 4 to 11 PM, and Sunday from 4 to 9 PM. Closed Monday and Tuesday. Make sure to call BO-Beau for holiday hours updates!  

 

FUEGO RESTAURANT AT HOTEL MAYA /  700 QUEENSWAY DRIVE

Fuego Restaurant has one of the most magnificent views on the west coast! Sip your cocktail and enjoy your meal outside on the roomy patio, staying warm by the fire pit while gazing across Rainbow Harbor at the Queen Mary, and the Downtown skyline. 

Menu options are plentiful at Fuego. Start off by sharing some Spicy Nachos or House-Made Guacamole and Salsa, then dig into some Faroe Island Seared Salmon or perhaps a Mayan Burger. Pair them with your favorite cocktail. NOTE: Fuego is known for its fantastic Thanksgiving feasts curated by executive chef Luis Torres!   

Fuego is open for breakfast Monday through Thursday from 6 to 11 AM, Friday through Sunday from 6 AM to 10 AM; All day dining is available Wednesday and Thursday from 11 AM to 10 PM; Brunch is served Friday through Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM; Dinner is served Friday through Sunday from 5 to 11 PM.

For fresh air and fantastic views of Rainbow Harbor, Outback Steakhouse in Shoreline Village is a must! “Our patio seats next to the fire pit face the water, making it the perfect place to enjoy a sunset,” said front-of-house manager Rodrick Skaggs. “Be here at dusk, look out at the boats, and enjoy some cocktails and appetizers.”  

Warm up with a Platypus Punch, made with grapefruit vodka, mango, and lemonade, served with a toy platypus and blue tea to make your drinks magically change color! Pair your beverage with the imposing Bloomin’ Onion appetizer, Sydney ‘Shrooms, Gold Coast Coconut Shrimps, or some Grilled Shrimp on the Barbie.  

Outback Steakhouse is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 AM to 10 PM, Friday and Saturday from 11 AM to 11 PM.
