ART + DESIGN WALK SIGN UP FORMS

By participating in the Art + Design Walk hosted by the Downtown Long Beach Alliance ("DTLB Alliance"), I hereby grant DTLB Alliance permission to capture and use photographs and/or video recordings of my participation, my booth, or products displayed during the event. I understand that these materials may be used exclusively by DTLB Alliance for promotional purposes related to future events, including but not limited to advertisements, social media, website content, and printed materials. As a nonprofit organization, the DTLB Alliance will not reproduce these photos for revenue generation. I acknowledge that (1) I will not receive financial compensation or other remuneration for the use of these materials and (2) the DTLB Alliance is not obligated to use the photographs or video recordings in any promotional capacity. By registering for the event, I agree to the terms of this Photo/Video Release Agreement.
