ART + DESIGN WALK SIGN UP FORMS
Thank You for Your Interest in the DTLB Art + Design Walk
Thank you for your interest in participating in the upcoming Downtown Long Beach (DTLB) Art + Design Walk. We’re excited to celebrate arts, culture, and community with you! Sign-ups are now closed for the Feb. 14 DTLB Art + Design Walk. Stay tuned for more information on the next one taking place on April 11!
There are three ways to participate. Please review the options below and select the form that best fits you.
Form A: DTLB Business Participation
Use Form A if you are a DTLB business owner, gallery, or operator with a physical storefront and plan to host an activation during the Art + Design Walk.
Examples include:
- Hosting live music, art, or a performance in front of or inside your business
- Activating your patio, sidewalk, or storefront during the event
Example: A restaurant hosting a band outside their business would register using Form A.
Form B: Artist Village Participation (Visual Artists, Designers, & Makers)
Use Form B if you are a visual artist, designer, or maker interested in popping up within the Artist Village, a designated area with a concentration of artists and designers showcasing and selling their work.
This form is for:
-
Visual artists, designers, and makers (e.g., jewelry, illustration, ceramics, textiles)
-
Artists who want to sell or display work directly to the public
Please note:
Form B is not for musical artists (bands, DJs, solo musicians, performers).
Form C: Arts Council Long Beach Artist Registry (Musicians & Future Participants)
Use Form C to register for the Arts Council Artist Registry, which businesses use to select artists for Art + Design Walk programming.
This form is for:
-
Musical artists (bands, DJs, solo performers) seeking to be paired with a DTLB business
-
Non-musical artists who want to be considered for future Art + Design Walks but are not applying to the Artist Village at this time. The Arts Council for Long Beach Artist Registry is open to artists and performers from all media and genres who live, work, or actively create in Long Beach, CA. The Artist Registry is also open to arts-based groups/organizations, such as performing arts troupes, bands, collectives and collaborations.
How it works:
Musical artists should connect directly with DTLB businesses or be selected through the Artist Registry. Once registered, your skills will be listed on the public Artist Registry page for future opportunities.
