After a year of absence, the Downtown Security Alliance (DSA) will be reconvening.
The DSA was formed to strengthen communication between law enforcement, the Downtown Long Beach Associates (DLBA), and private security in order to be used as a tool to disseminate information from law enforcement experts to those who work in the residential and commercial buildings in DTLB.
