It is one thing to look at statistics on a page – trash collected, directions given. It is the people that provide the service day in and day out without complaint and with a smile on their face. Each quarter the DLBA recognizes one individual from each team for their outstanding performance, attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
Clean Team Employee of the Quarter

Cintrina Cortes has been with The Clean Team since August of the year 2011. She started as an on call employee and now she works full-time as a pressure washer. Cortez’s can do attitude has made a tremendous impact in our program. Cortez is always on time, and willing do what needs to be done—pressure washing, sweeping or working as Restroom Host. Cortez’s can-do attitude and dedication to DLBA and the Downtown Clean Team reflects well on DLBA and ABM Janitorial.
Safety Guide Employee of the Quarter
October – December 2011
La’Teasha Eldridge has been a Safety Guide since September 2011 and can be seen patrolling on foot, bike and Segway. Eldridge started as a part-time employee and made herself available to work vacant shifts as required. She knows her job responsibilities and goes above and beyond to make sure the job is being done right with fun, and excitement. Eldridge’s positive attitude and great work ethic makes her a great asset to DLBA and Service Group, Inc.
