|The DLBA’s Public Realm Committee, chaired by Brian Ulaszewski, Executive Director of City Fabrick, oversees streetscape and public space activation projects as well as administers the DLBA's Placemaking Grant Program. The committee meets the second Thursday of each month at 1:00 p.m. at the DLBA offices (100 West Broadway, Suite 120). Placemaking Grant Program
The DLBA Public Realm Committee oversees funding to help support community sponsored capital improvement projects within the Downtown area. The intent of this program is to identity and provide funding to other associations, organizations or entities interested in making physical enhancements within Downtown Long Beach.
