West Gateway
Modern high-rise buildings dominate the skyline along Ocean Boulevard that identifies the West Gateway district, known as the financial and civic center of Long Beach. A feature of this area is the Long Beach World Trade Center, which is the tallest building in the city. Every Tuesday, the World Trade Center hosts a Farmer's Market with plenty of fresh produce and ready made meals.
