Bike Fest of Long Beach

Downtown Long Beach Bike Fest

The Downtown Long Beach Associates present Bike Fest, celebrating bike-friendly Long Beach. This year features a fresh new spin on the event with a Criterium in partnership with Wolfpack Hustle, a hot new City Cross obstacle course, and Gold Sprint races from the stage. Bike enthusiasts can enjoy the sport elements then kick-back in the Beachwood & Friends craft beer garden with thousands of fans enjoying live music by Fathers & Suns and California Lions, a vintage bike display, and special "Stylish by Bike" contests for both vintage and modern bikes/looks with great prizes! The event is free and will also include a Bike Valet, Children's Activities, Vendor Village and the debut of the Downtown by Bike Map free to guests.

Beachwood & Friends Craft Beer Garden
Bike Fest of Long Beach will feature the Beachwood & Friends Craft Beer Garden in its line-up of activities on.  Local award-winning Downtown Long Beach Brewery, Beachwood BBQ & Brewing, will be sponsoring the beer garden and has invited local craft breweries to join.  Nearly a dozen craft breweries will bring different beer varieties with over 20 to choose from.  Local craft breweries include Beachwood, Belmont Brewing Company, The Brewery at Abigaile, El Segundo Brewing Company, Strand Brewing Company, Golden Road Brewing, Congregation Ales, Smog City Brewing Company, Monkish Brewing Company, Eagle Rock Brewery, King Harbor Brewing Company, Timeless Pints.  Guests can purchase a 5oz souvenir tasting glass and 10 tastings for $20.  Tickets are sold at the Bike Fest beginning at 2pm.  Beer service ends at 10pm.

Now's your chance to win fun and fashionable bike minded prizes at Downtown Long Beach Associates annual Bike Fest, Stylish by Bike Contest. It's just $5 to enter per category - cash and credit cards will be accepted for registration the day of the contests. Each prize category will also win a trophy!

Have an fabulous vintage bike others need to admire? Bring your bike to include in our special "Vintage Bike" display!  Each winner will receive a fun trophy and other great prizes. Stylish individuals, salons, boutiques and passionate bike-minded fashionistas are encouraged to join forces to put together the most stylish by bike gal or guy Southern California has ever seen.
